ERASMUS students

Hello and welcome to the Bergische Universität!

Thank you for your interest in Bergische Universität Wuppertal (BUW) for your ERASMUS exchange. We look forward to greeting you personally at our university in the near future.

Please note that you can only enroll as an ERASMUS student if your home university has concluded a valid ERASMUS Bilateral Agreement with BUW that covers the subject you want to study and the period you will spend in Wuppertal. You will find a list of our ERASMUS partner universities here.

In order to apply for an ERASMUS program place at BUW please complete the Application form for admission, the Learning agreement and, if relevant, the application for reservation of a place in a Student hall of residence, and send them direct to BUW International Office within the stipulated Deadlines.

An ERASMUS exchange is for a maximum of two semesters. No degree can be taken on this program.

The column on the left lists topics that may be of interest to you. You will find further information there that will help you prepare for an ERASMUS exchange at BUW and for your trip to Germany.
